Minimum order per item is 1kg, except items marked with (*), which are sold as whole pieces or by the pack. All items are charged by the actual weight, and we shall strive to cut to as close as your order.

Our fresh Atlantic Salmon are flown in daily. Please reserve at least two working days in advance. It can be stored in the refrigerator unopened for maximum 2 days only, thereafter it has to be frozen.
