Description
With  the  convenient  resealable  pouch,  these  slices  are  cut  by  hand  from  the  best  foie  gras  and  individually  quick  frozen  immediately  after  harvest.

Suggested  Cooking  method:
Place  the  escalopes  while  still  frozen  in  a  cold  frying  pan  without  adding  any  cooking  fat.  
Cook  on  moderate  heat  for  approximately  2  minutes  a  side,  turning  them  over  2  or  3  times.  
When  done,  place  the  escalopes  on  absorbent  paper  to  drain.  Season  with  salt  and  pepper.
