Description

Raw , Must be thoroughly cooked before glazing.

Defrost in the refrigerator for about 4 to 5 days. Mildly cured and smoked gammon, skin-on; made with naturally reared, hormone free, Canadian grain fed pork.Simmer 30 minutes per kilo before glazing, or roast in the oven for about 4 hours. Glaze during last 30 minutes of the total cooking time.
