What’s more, they areallowed to grow at their own natural pace, to ensure exceptionallyhigh-quality meat.

They have a short, broad head and heavily muscled loins andhaunches. With excellentmeat conformation, especially of the valuable parts and relative latematurity they are well suited to fattening for high finished weight.
